I had purchased a Sony LED TV model number 40HX850 on 07/11/2012 with one year manufacture warranty and an extended warranty of two years from Croma centre, PLot number B2/38, Janakpuri, New Delhi. On 2/10/2015, some lines on the screen were noticed and a complaint was registered on 5/10/2015 in Croma Customer Care vide complaint number 05101500057. The TV set was picked up from the house on 11/10/2015 by Star Electronics, Delhi vide service serial number 3253470. This complaint was shown as resolved on 10/10/2015 without attending. The complaint was again renewed on the same day vide complaint number 10101500505. Again the complaint was shown resolved on 23/10/2015 without attending and was renewed on 24/10/2015 vide complaint number 24101501003. It has been 20 days and still there is no clue that when the TV set will be repaired and delivered back. This shows a very poor service of Tata Croma as at the time of purchase a lot many promises were made. I request you to get the repair work done as soon as possible.

Dear Madam / Sir, I visited the Croma store at Rohini Sector three, New Delhi on 19 April for purchase of a Hitachi AC. After we selected a model, I requested for details of financing the same and was led to the Bajaj Fin Services Lending counter. It was an inordinate delay as the Croma representative and Bajaj rep could not obtain details of the model online. I got an impression that the "back end" was not updated with details available at the display area. Confusion prevailed and there was a lack of coordination between the two agencies. Frustrated after wastage of approximately 20 minutes, I collected my Bajaj Fin Card and walked up to the Store Manager Mr Kalyan. There was no redressal of my grievance here too. This reflects a total lackadaisical attitude of people whom I have had an opportunity to interact with today.
